The 2010 offroad season is about to begin and the Highway Performance Bikes Offroad Team is ready to roost into action. For 2010, the Highway Performance Bikes Offroad Team line up remains the same with Jennifer Blackwood #771 riding the Championship Women’s Class and David Hogan #517 riding the Clubman E2/3 Class.

With the opening round of the AORC at Port Macquarie NSW only a week away, the team has been preparing their race bikes ready for action. Jennifer will be riding a KTM 250 EXC-F and David will be riding on a KTM 250 EXC-E. Both bikes this year are fully equipped with Teknik tuned suspension and components. They are also supporting a new factory look thanks to Ringmaster Images with a design background that is more intense and eye catching that ever. Also on board with the team this year for 2010 is Michelin tyres, Panolin Oils, Liquid Intelligence, Stomp Grip, PBR Sprockets, Go Chain Wax, EBC Brakes and Leo Vince exhausts. Not to mention our continuing support from Axo, Barkbusters, Pivot Pegs, Hammerhead, Tokyo Mods, 751 Products, Mick Dyer Motorcycles and Hogan Racing Radiator Guards.
Since the 2009 season has concluded, the Team has been busy riding, training, organising further sponsorships for the team’s set up as well as a training trip to the US. The US trip was primarily a holiday including five ride days with MX Heaven at four different motocross tracks across Southern California, as well as unlimited access to the pits and the track at the Anaheim 1 round of the AMA Supercross.
“It was awesome riding with MX Heaven as we got to ride two brand new 2010 model KTMs as well as the experience of the well prepared, laid out, maintained motocross tracks that Southern California has to offer” said Jennifer.
The Team has a new pit set up for 2010, thanks to some new banners from Ringmaster Images, and is looking forward to seeing all the fans at the first round of the AORC this weekend.
The Team’s calendar this season will include AORC and NSW Offroad Rounds. For more information on the team or how to become a sponsor of the team contact the team manager at davidhogan127@hotmail.com.
