Local rider Matt Ryan from Kyabram, Victoria headed to the opening round of The Victorian MX Titles last weekend.
The initially hard packed track conditions deteriorated over the course of the event to become extremely rough towards the end of the day. Ryan opted to ride both classes, Opens and Lites.

A large entry list made for a 2 heat per race format. Competing in the lites class, Ryan won 2 races and finished 2nd behind Kade Mosiq in the final Moto. Mosiq had the fastest time of 1.475 with Ryan hot on his heels with 1.481seconds, a gap of 0.006 seconds the difference.
Competing n the Opens class, Ryan finished 5th overall on equal points with 4th place. “I’m so stoked with my results. It was very tiring doing both classes and being mechanic.
My Husky TC250 performed and the Pirelli’s gripped well throughout the race said Ryan.
